We’re growing and looking to add a detail‑oriented Billing Specialist to our accounting team.

This position plays a critical role in keeping our billing accurate, timely, and customer‑focused. The ideal candidate has experience in transportation billing, enjoys working with numbers, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Full‑Time (40 hours/week)
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On‑site only – Gastonia, NC

• Match driver paperwork with the correct loads in our TMS
• Prepare and send customer invoices (manual or via customer portals)
• Set up new customer accounts in the TMS
• Process carrier invoices and verify factoring companies or remittance details
• Monitor payment status and assist with light collections
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and internal teams

• Minimum 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferably in transportation or logistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quick Books preferred)
• Supply Vision TMS experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Competitive pay: $15.50–$17.00/hour (based on experience)
