Business Analyst II – Gastonia, NC

Equity Staffing is seeking a Business Analyst II to join a collaborative and fast-paced team in Gastonia, NC

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and project initiatives
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions and ad‑hoc meetings with business stakeholders
• Apply strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills to support end‑to‑end requirements gathering
• Document expected business benefits and validate outcomes with Business Sponsors
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Enbridge TIS partners and supporting process teams
• Manage multiple priorities while taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
• Develop and distribute stakeholder communications related to system improvements and impacts
• Participate in design sessions to ensure solutions meet business requirements and document approvals
• Partner with enterprise functional and technical teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scripts and test data
• Conduct regression testing for GDS systems and enterprise changes as required
• Validate solutions post‑implementation and confirm realized benefits with Business Sponsors
• Support and augment system enhancement and implementation projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience in business or systems analysis (equivalent education and experience considered)
• Knowledge of technology systems, solutions, and implementation methodologies
• Understanding of Distribution Operations or Customer Care business functions
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to deliver results in a dynamic, multi‑priority environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including facilitation, negotiation, and consensus building
• CBAP certification or other formal business analysis training is considered a plus
