WOW Service Representative Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for many of our customers, ensuring they receive top‑notch service and support from start to finish.
What You’ll Do- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Make outbound follow‑up calls for service and sales
- Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple divisions
- Provide information and assistance to customers and team members
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and care
- Support administrative tasks including preparing documents, correspondence, and messages
- Conduct “Happy Calls” to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in after‑hours and holiday call rotation as needed
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Professional personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and initiative
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school level reading and writing skills
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude
