Job Description

We are seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to support the design, development, and validation of advanced power and control electronics. The role involves hands‑on hardware design, schematic development, and laboratory testing in compliance with aerospace and military standards. This is a fully onsite role.

Mandatory Skills
  • Strong experience designing Printed Wiring Boards (PWB) and Printed Wiring Assemblies (PWA) using Altium
  • Hands‑on experience with power electronics hardware design and validation

  • ARINC‑429
  • ARINC‑664 / AFDX
  • CAN
  • I²C, SPI
  • USB
  • RS‑232, RS‑485
  • Other protocols as required
Hardware Development & Testing
  • Creation of circuit schematics for PWB/PWA using Altium, following internal processes and procedures
  • Ability to verify intended operation and performance of prototypes and production hardware in a lab environment
Standards & Compliance
  • Knowledge of:
    • MIL‑STD‑461 / 464
    • MIL‑STD‑704
    • MIL‑STD‑810
    • DO‑160
  • Experience ensuring compliance with major airframe supplier requirements
Certification & Safety (Preferred / Bonus)
  • Experience designing per RTCA DO‑254 (hardware)
  • Familiarity with DO‑178 (software) concepts
  • Exposure to SAE ARP
    4754 and ARP
    4761 is a plus
