We’re hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Gastonia, NC
, a vibrant and affordable city just outside Charlotte, known for its family-friendly neighborhoods, local charm, and access to outdoor activities like Crowders Mountain.
In this role, you’ll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care, support patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training, and document daily progress per compliance standards.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide skilled physical therapy support under the direction of a Physical Therapist, delivering evidence‑based treatments and assisting with patient care activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure charting compliance, and help patients progress through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and home programs.
- Uphold safety standards while demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
- NC PTA License
- Must be adaptable, organized, and professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, handle confidential information with integrity, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
