Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. We provide all pediatric services under one roof, including Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy for children birth to 18 years old, using a play-based model across 18 clinics.

As an Occupational Therapist with us, you will help children reach their full potential and practice evidence-based methods. We seek an energetic, growth-minded pediatric Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with a diverse caseload and is creative in educating families and guardians.

• 1 year of pediatric experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program or equivalent.
• Licensed in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
• Pass a Background Check.
• Perform evaluations, treatments, consultations, and discharge planning for children in outpatient settings.
• Accurate documentation in EMR system.
• Communicate thoroughly with healthcare providers through reports and calls.
• Assess and recommend assistive technology or adaptive equipment as needed.
• Supervise COTAs in the clinic.
