Licensed Massage Therapist

About the Role

Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for helping patients heal, recover, and thrive. This role offers the opportunity to provide a wide range of massage therapy services in an outpatient physical therapy setting, working closely with a supportive clinical team in a positive, patient-centered environment.

• Deliver safe, effective, and individualized massage therapy sessions, including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Trigger Point Therapy

• Provide compassionate, professional care that promotes relaxation and recovery.
• Conduct client check-ins to ensure comfort and appropriate pressure throughout each session.
• Collaborate with physical therapy staff and refer clients as appropriate.
• Accurately document treatment notes before leaving each shift.
• Participate in marketing efforts and help build a strong client base.
• Maintain a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere and contribute to clinic success.

• Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of North Carolina (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong skills in sports, deep tissue, Swedish, and trigger point modalities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient interaction skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to clinic needs and scheduling demands.

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally and assist patients during sessions.
