Epic Cadence Analyst

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Cadence Analyst for a 6-month staff augmentation opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling build, including templates, appointment types, and visit types
• Gather and document scheduling workflow requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders
• Design, build, and validate Cadence system changes in line with organizational standards
• Test configuration changes and support integrated testing across related Epic applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues, working with end users and support teams
• Support go-live activities, training, and post-implementation optimization
• Maintain accurate build documentation and follow established change control processes

Requirements:

• Epic Cadence certification
• Hands-on experience as an Epic Cadence analyst in a healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of ambulatory and specialty scheduling workflows
• Familiarity with how Cadence integrates with Prelude, Grand Central, and Epic ambulatory applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with clinical and technical teams
