• Play a pivotal role in day‑to‑day operations, working closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless shifts.
• Lead team members through performance and training initiatives while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

• At least six months of experience as a manager within a restaurant or retail environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering exceptional customer service and upholding core company values.
• Humble, eager to learn, and ready to help the team reach the next level.
