While reporting to the shift supervisor you will work in production for our tube and core division and be responsible for working in a quick and safe manner. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the packing line.

You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
** What you’ll be doing:
*** This position will be required to learn and assist all required machines and support 17’’ winder equipment set ups.
* ** Mechanical*
* ** skills to operate, set up, and trouble shoot equipment as required will also be needed.
*** Ability to operate cutter.
* This team member will also be required to perform machine preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment related to the carpet yarn line.
* ** The technician position will require proficiency level to operate machine*
* ** on a substitute basis.
