$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Title:
Adult Psychiatrist

Pulivarthi Group is seeking Adult Psychiatrists to join a collaborative, clinician-driven behavioral health team. This position offers autonomy and flexibility to practice in the best interest of your patients—free from corporate administrative interference. You will work closely with therapists and prescribers in a team-based format designed to provide high-quality, coordinated psychiatric care.

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, therapy, and medication management for adult patients.
• Participate in team-based collaboration with therapists and Nurse Practitioners.
• Engage in monthly case discussions with collaborating therapists to review patient progress and clinical approaches.
• Optionally supervise clinician-selected, evidence-based Nurse Practitioners.
• Conduct all clinical work remotely, choosing your own days and hours.
• Support interdisciplinary coordination to ensure seamless patient care.

• Expertise in adult psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Proficiency in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a multidisciplinary setting.

• Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff or Nurse Practitioners.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual collaboration tools.
• Interest in integrative and evidence-based behavioral health practices.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Psychiatry.
• Fully licensed to practice in one or more U.S. states.
• Active, unencumbered DEA license.
• Demonstrated experience in both therapy and medication management.
