Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN)- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
- Supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.
- Evening
- Full‑Time or Part‑Time (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.), with every other weekend required.
- Flexible 8‑hour shifts for PRN status

- Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
- A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license/Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in Long‑Term Care.
