Caro Mont Health in Gastonia, NC offers an 8-week CNA I program through Gaston College. The training combines five weeks of didactics with three weeks of clinical site experience to prepare you for the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Registry.
Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will learn to assist in patient care, follow approved policies, and facilitate communication within the health care team. After completion, you’ll register for the certification exam and pursue open positions
