We’re thrilled to offer an immediate full-time opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well-established Level III NICU team at Caro Mont Regional Medical Center
, located in the vibrant Charlotte suburb of Gastonia, NC

, features a cutting-edge architectural design that supports single-room NICU and mother-baby care — a truly innovative and family-centered approach.

  Caro Mont Health is growing! A second hospital is opening in nearby Belmont, NC
  , featuring a labor and delivery service and Level I newborn nursery

• Collaborative Team
  :
  Work alongside 2 neonatologists and 5–6 NNPs
  , serving families across Gaston and surrounding counties
  .
• Robust Volume

  Our NICU sees approximately 320 admissions and 1,900 births annually
  , with an average daily census of 10

• Diverse Clinical Experience
  : NNPs provide care in our Level III NICU and assist with coverage in the newborn nursery
