The Server position at Morningside of Gastonia is a full‑time role that requires welcoming residents and guests while ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and a description of all food items
• Keep all side stations and dining areas clean and stocked
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice safety and loss prevention procedures
• Set up and clean the dining room, maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards

• Enjoy working with seniors
• Interact respectfully with guests, residents and staff
• Respond promptly to resident needs
• Balance team and individual responsibilities
• Work flexible hours, including weekends
