We are seeking an experienced part‑time receptionist to join our team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Checking clients in and out
• Filing and managing records
• Handling cash transactions
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Maintaining a presentable front lobby
• Performing other office duties as needed

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others is a must
