Surveillance Security Officer – Garda World
Location:
Gastonia, NC.
Schedule:
Full time – Monday to Friday, 2 pm to 10 pm (40 hours per week).
Competitive hourly wage: $17.00 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will spot threats before they escalated in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and more.
Responsibilities- Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid High School Diploma or GED.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Strong report‑writing skills.
- Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus.
- Strong proficiency with technology.
- Prior Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
- State license if required.
