Salary Range: $27.00 To $28.00 Hourly

• Fulfill service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; general plumbing; general electrical; maintenance shop organization; and emergency on call work orders.
• Excellent communication skills are needed with ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with shared on-call responsibility and some weekend requirements.
• Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance.

• One year of prior apartment maintenance experience is required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are a plus but not required.
