What You'll Do

* Prepare accurate estimates, material packages, and schedules for commercial roofing projects (low-slope and steep-slope systems).

* Review plans and specifications to develop detailed take-offs for labor, materials, and timelines.

* Sell and support projects involving TPO, PVC, EPDM, asphalt, architectural metal systems, wall-hung canopies, and custom metal fabrications.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure cost-effective, high-quality proposals.

* Collaborate with leadership and customers to deliver exceptional results.

What You Bring

* 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimating or project coordination.

* Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation practices.

* Proficiency in blueprint reading and On-Screen Takeoff software.

* Excellent communicator

* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
