Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Red Valve, a DeZURIK brand, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead inventory flow and logistics operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational execution—ensuring materials move safely, accurately, and on time.

In this role, you’ll coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished products, while ensuring inventory is accurately tracked throughout the process. You’ll oversee freight logistics across multiple transportation modes, manage shipping documentation, negotiate outbound freight rates, and ensure compliance with all applicable shipping regulations. Clean, organized, and efficient inventory areas are a top priority, and your decisions will directly support on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You’ll also provide day‑to‑day leadership for a team of 6‑8 team members, promoting safe work practices, assigning and planning work, supporting hiring and scheduling, and providing training and coaching to help the team succeed. Collaboration, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement are key to this role.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound freight (truck, parcel, air, and rail).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort using inventory and shipping systems (Net Suite experience a plus).

This position works a four‑day schedule (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.), with Friday overtime on a rotating basis.

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $64,680 to $80,849 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
