Administrator - Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Gateshead NE11 0HF
Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm office based)
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced administrator with at least 3 years of experience in a small to medium sized business to support the business and therapy teams at Active Neuro Gateshead.
Responsibilities- Support the smooth running of the service by maintaining office functions.
- Provide effective administrative support while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality.
- Communicate professionally with staff, clients and external contacts by phone, email and in person.
- Handle routine and ad‑hoc tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Use multiple in‑house infrastructure systems and platforms.
- Assist with scheduling, record keeping and data entry.
- Support the team in a flexible and collaborative manner.
- At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other IT systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload independently or as part of a team.
- Positive, friendly and professional attitude.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to work outside normal hours when required.
