Fell Cottage Surgery in Gateshead is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our reception team. You will greet and direct patients, register patients, book appointments and handle information for the clinical team, liaising with external agencies as required.
You will act as the central point of contact for patients, distributing information and messages, and supporting a multi-disciplinary team with administrative tasks in a busy GP practice.
