I’m currently recruiting on behalf of my client, an established and growing education technology business, for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and customer-facing teams.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play an important operational role supporting both the Sales and Customer Success functions.

The position combines customer data management, administration, live chat support and reporting. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date, supporting efficient sales processes and assisting with routine reporting and school data analysis.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team where your organisational skills and attention to detail will help customer-facing colleagues focus on building strong relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Data Management & Compliance
 
Process and maintain confidential customer and data in line with GDPR requirements.
Ensure CRM records are accurate, complete and consistently maintained.
Manage data imports, exports and cleansing to maintain a high level of data integrity.  Customer Support
 
Provide prompt and professional first-line support via live chat and email.
Respond to customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Ensure customer interactions are accurately recorded within internal systems.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable working across multiple tasks and systems.

You’ll ideally have:
 
Good administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when dealing with customers.
Good IT and data entry skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
A proactive, dependable and collaborative approach.
