The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle. Your mission is to identify high-potential opportunities and guide them through a consultative journey that proves the value of the agency's digital expertise.

You will be responsible for:

* Strategic Prospecting:
Identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers to understand their unique business hurdles and identify growth opportunities.

* Relationship Building:
Developing a robust network of trusted contacts and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new business prospects.

* Consultative Selling:
Taking a deep-dive approach to understand client needs and facilitating internal brainstorms to pitch the perfect digital solution.

* Event Representation:
Acting as a brand ambassador at industry conferences and networking events.

* Cross-Team Coordination:
Leading the charge by organising internal specialists to ensure every pitch and proposal is world-class.

* Data Excellence:
Maintaining impeccable data hygiene within the CRM, providing insights that help shape the wider sales and marketing strategy.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who is as conscientious as they are ambitious. You don’t need to be a technical SEO or PPC wizard on day one, but you do need the curiosity to learn the landscape.

Ideally, you’ll have:

* A proven track record in building credible, high-value professional relationships.
