• At heart, you are a qualified technical expert (level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds in Light Maintenance) with a solid workshop management background.
• You have a common-sense business approach, using your knowledge to maximise efficiencies and outcomes.
• You are a people person, caring about your team and understanding that a one-size-fits-all approach is not always the best way to create a high-performing workshop.
• You are a natural coach who loves to share your knowledge with others.
• You have a passion for customer service, understanding what is important to customers and suppliers, and solving issues as they arise.
