This Supply Chain Leadership Professional Degree Apprenticeship (Level
6) is delivered in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University and will be completed over approximately 3½ years.

The programme combines hands‑on experience with academic learning, giving you exposure to key areas of procurement and commercial operations.

• Analysing energy usage and costs across our dealership network
• Identifying savings opportunities and reducing waste
• Producing reports and insights to support business decisions
• Supporting behavioural changes to improve energy efficiency

• Supplier management and performance reviews
• Supporting tender processes and contract management
• Analysing spend and identifying efficiencies across suppliers
• Supporting negotiations and driving value from supplier relationships
• Assisting with resolving supplier issues and improving service delivery

You’ll gain experience in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and commercial decision‑making—building a strong foundation for a career in procurement.

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include Grade 4‑9 in Maths & English
• 3 A Levels (or equivalent) minimum of 2 B’s and 1 C or equivalent to 112 UCAS points
• Strong communication & IT skills
