Gateshead Council is looking for a Construction Operative to carry out general building duties across the Council’s property portfolio, including repairs, refurbishment, and upgrades. You’ll support multiple trades, maintain safety, and work within a team to deliver positive outcomes for residents and staff.
Role involves some later working due to customer needs (8am–8pm) and potential out-of-hours arrangements. Driving licence and CSCS card are required or pursued on joining.
