The role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and work alongside our existing creative team. This role is all about strengthening our day‑to‑day design output - particularly across paid advertising and requests from the wider business.
You’ll take ownership of a large portion of our always‑on design needs, including ad creative, organic social graphics, and marketing assets for blogs and social. While this role includes a lot of executional work, we’re looking for someone who understands performance, brand consistency, and how great design drives results.
Design work touches almost every part of the business, but this role has a strong focus on ads and performance‑led creative.
This isn’t a junior or support role - you’ll be a key part of our design function, helping raise the overall quality and output of our marketing creative. By splitting focus areas across two designers, we’re creating space for better work, clearer ownership, and more room to specialise.
This role will be based full‑time in‑house at our Team Valley offices.
What You’ll Be Doing Paid media & performance creative- Designing high‑quality ad creative for paid social and other performance channels
- Creating and iterating ad variations to support testing and optimisation
- Working closely with the Performance Marketing team to respond quickly to insights and results
- Translating briefs into clear, compelling, conversion‑focused visuals
- Creating graphics for blogs, social, and marketing campaigns
- Producing day‑to‑day assets across organic social, web, and other channels
- Adapting and evolving existing creative while maintaining brand consistency
- Working closely with our design team to split responsibilities and play to each other’s strengths
- Partnering with marketers, content, and performance teams to bring ideas to life Managing multiple briefs at once while keeping quality high and timelines tight
- Proven experience as a Designer in a fast‑paced marketing team or agency
- Strong experience designing paid ad creative
- A solid understanding of how design impacts performance and user behaviour
- Excellent visual design skills, with strong attention to detail
- Confidence working across a wide range of briefs and formats
- Ability to collaborate, take feedback well, and iterate quickly
- Experience working to briefs and brand guidelines
- Experience or interest in using AI tools to support creative development and production
- Experience working closely with performance or growth marketing teams
- Motion, video, or light animation skills
- Experience working in a scaling or high‑growth business
