Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £25,238 per annum About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in promotional marketing and customer engagement, delivering award-winning promotional campaigns for some of the world's most recognised brands. We are looking for a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is fluent in both Welsh and English and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing Handling customer calls and emails in both Welsh and English, providing prompt and professional support. Managing customer queries efficiently using multiple systems and dual screens. Processing customer registrations and promotional claims accurately. Keeping customers updated and providing guidance on promotional campaigns. Resolving enquiries effectively and escalating complex issues when required. Maintaining accurate records and meeting service level and quality standards.
Delivering every interaction with professionalism, empathy and excellent customer care. Adapting quickly to campaign processes and supporting colleagues as needed. Skills & Experience We're looking for someone who has:
Native-level spoken and written Welsh and English. Previous customer service experience within a contact centre environment. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and customer management systems. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to work efficiently across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
