We're looking for compassionate, resilient and customer-focused individuals to join our Help Through Hardship team. Every day, you'll support people experiencing financial hardship by providing emergency food support, practical advice and guidance that can have a lasting impact on their lives.

• Speak with clients over the phone, listening with empathy and professionalism.
• Assess individual circumstances and provide tailored advice and information.
• Support people to access emergency food vouchers and other essential financial support.
• Help clients understand their benefits, maximise their income and make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate case records using our customer management system.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while working within quality standards and service targets

START DATE: 10 August

HOURS: Full time/Part time will be considered. Hours worked Monday - Sunday to support 7-day service
