Citizens Advice Gateshead is hiring a friendly, confident receptionist to be the first face and voice for clients seeking help. Based in the Davidson Building, you will greet visitors, handle enquiries and support the advice team, contributing to a calm and welcoming environment.
This role is mainly weekend-based with part-time hours, offering an opportunity to make a real difference in the community and gain experience in frontline customer service within a trusted charity.
