37.5 hours per week, across Saturday to Tuesday between 8am-8pm

We’relooking for Customer Service Specialists to join our busy Customer Experience Centre (CEC). If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.
The Customer Service Specialist role:Taking inbound customer calls and creating work requests.
Making outbound calls to depots to schedule jobs and provide updates.
Producingaccurateinvoices using our internal systems and customer platforms.
Resolving queries and complaints with ownership and urgency.
Communicating across phone, email, and customer portals.
Meeting individual and team KPIs such as call handling, accuracy, and productivity.
Essential:
Excellent customer service skills.
Confident using computer systems (including Microsoft Excel).
Experience handling high volumes of calls in a busy environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with SLAs and KPIs.
Previous call centre or office admin experience.
Knowledge of UK geography and mapping systems.[Text Wrapping Break]
