This provision supports 11–16-year-olds who need something different from mainstream school. It’s a calm, engaging space where learners can rebuild confidence, express themselves, and thrive both academically and emotionally.

About the Role:

Deliver high-quality, part-time education in small group settings
Support learners through bespoke timetables tailored to individual needs
Focus on creative expression, emotional growth, and confidence building
Work collaboratively with a nurturing team in a safe and inclusive space

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEND or SEMH needs
A creative or therapeutic approach to education
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for helping students re-engage and succeed
A passion for music production, podcasting, and creative media
