PE Teacher Long Term

About the role

A Teacher of PE is required for a fantastic secondary school in the Gateshead area. You will deliver PE to Key Stages 3 and 4 and to A level for the right candidate. This is a full time PE Teacher role will commence in January and run long term as this is a long term staff absence. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

• Have good classroom management skills
• Have a passion for teaching PE
• Have excellent subject knowledge
• Be able to organise themselves
• Be able to plan effective, engaging PE lessons.

• Hold QTS or QTLS
• Provide two referees we can contact
• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
