• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant or Level 6 Qualification – Degree
• Experience working in a primary school

• Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children
• Support school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of a school
• Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils
• Implement the daily routine
• When directed, plan and implement age‑appropriate activities in conjunction with other staff
• Assist children in personal/intimate care
• Regularly evaluate children’s development and keep records as appropriate, as directed by the teacher
• Liaise with parents/carers only when directed by a school class teacher
• Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and all safeguarding requirements, ensuring children are supervised at all times
• Ensure the provision of a high‑quality environment to meet the needs of individual children at each stage of development
