About YouAs Principal, you will develop and sustain the school's ethos and strategic direction in alignment with that of the Emmanuel Schools Foundation, lead a culture of continuous improvement and striving for excellence, ensure delivery of high-quality, expert teaching across all subjects and phases, establish practices that enable young people to access the curriculum and learn effectively. Working effectively with colleagues across the Trust, you will ensure efficiency and value for money, and develop their capacity and capability.
You should hold a first degree or equivalent, have a postgraduate qualification relating to educational pedagogy and QTS, possess substantial teaching experience and a proven track record of effective leadership. You should bring strategic vision, relational strength and be able to sustain exceptionality through high standards, innovation, outreach, and ensure the Christian ethos is appreciated by parents, staff and students.
