Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work in a school across Gateshead. This school prioritises the

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND

• Support pupils within the classroom alongside the class teacher

• Help students develop socially, emotionally, and academically

• Create a positive

• Have experience working with SEN/SEND pupils (desirable but not essential)

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
