A brilliant secondary school in Gateshead is looking for a Graduate Behaviour & SEN Mentor. You’ll support pupils who need a bit of extra help staying on track, both academically and emotionally.

Your day might include:

• Supporting pupils with ADHD or autism
• Helping de‑escalate tricky moments
• Running small group interventions
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
