School support assistant

We’re looking for a confident, upbeat Teaching Assistant who isn’t afraid to get stuck in. This is a role for someone who’ll support learning in the classroom - and then happily jump into a lunchtime ping pong match or a quick Play Station tournament!

You’ll start your day at breakfast club chatting with students, spend lessons moving around the classroom supporting literacy and focus, and build positive relationships throughout the day.

Experience is great - personality is better. If you’re warm, proactive and enjoy being part of a team, you’ll thrive here.

This isn’t a “stand at the back” TA job. You’ll be:

• Supporting learning in real time
• Helping students build confidence
• Sharing breakfast conversations
• Playing ping pong at lunch
• Getting involved in supervised Play Station downtime

It’s structured, calm and academically focused - but there’s plenty of personality and fun built into the day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
