1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time | September 2026

We are recruiting a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a student with an EHCP in a supportive school environment.

• Supporting a student on a 1:1 basis during school hours
• Helping improve engagement, confidence, and independence
• Assisting with both academic learning and emotional support
• Collaborating with SEN professionals and teaching staff

• Creates stability and trust
• Allows learning to be personalised to the student’s needs
• Encourages positive progress both socially and academically

• Previous SEN experience is desirable
• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
