What your day will look like

• Supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
• Using your understanding of behaviour to help de‑escalate challenging situations
• Building strong, trusting relationships with students
• Supporting learning in and out of the classroom
• Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams to make a real impact
