The Head Teacher and Governors of Falla Park Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a hardworking, creative and motivated Teaching Assistant to work with our Early Years children.

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who:

• has experience of working in Early Years
• has experience of working with children with a variety of needs, including Autism
• has a good understanding of child development
• is able to work as part of a team
• is able to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues and make positive relationships
• is flexible, hardworking and have a positive attitude
• has high expectations of themselves, for the children and our community
