SEN Learning Support Worker
Are you interested in developing a rewarding career within special education?
A specialist setting is looking for a Trainee SEN Learning Support Worker to join their dedicated team supporting pupils with a variety of complex needs.
Students attending the provision may have Autism Spectrum Condition, SEMH needs, ADHD, communication barriers or moderate learning difficulties.
Key Duties- Supporting learning inside and outside of the classroom
- Encouraging participation and engagement in school life
- Assisting with personalised support plans
- Helping pupils manage emotions and develop resilience
- Supporting positive interactions with peers and staff
- Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable
- Caring, patient and resilient nature
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
