, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their growing inclusion team from September.

Gateshead

Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm

Long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent

You’ll support children across EYFS and Key Stage 1 who need additional help with sensory regulation, motor development and classroom engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering sensory circuits before lessons
• Supporting handwriting and fine motor interventions
• Creating strategies to help pupils access learning
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and families

The school has recently refurbished its SEND provision, including dedicated sensory spaces and intervention rooms, giving you everything you need to make a real impact.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
