Your responsibilities- Supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties
- Assisting with sensory learning and communication activities
- Working alongside teachers and therapists
- Supporting pupils with personal care when required
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with SEND pupils is desirable
- A patient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop
