HLTA – Specialist Provision | Gateshead
Do you have the confidence to lead learning and inspire children with additional needs?
A supportive specialist provision in Gateshead is looking for an experienced HLTA to support pupils across multiple sites.
As you'll be travelling between different provisions,
driving is an essential requirement for this role.
- Lead lessons and intervention sessions.
- Support children with SEND and SEMH needs.
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement.
- Help pupils develop confidence both academically and socially.
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience.
- Previous experience supporting SEND or SEMH.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
