Job DescriptionOur Early Years Department is looking for an inspiring, dedicated, flexible and enthusiastic teacher able deliver on a range of early years programmes from Level 2 to higher education. This exciting opportunity is on a permanent basis with the majority of teaching on our outstanding Level 3 T Level provision, which is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. This role involves preparation, delivery and assessment on our early years programmes within a strong Early Years department.
We’re on the lookout for an individual with excellent planning and organisational skills, who will prepare high quality lesson documentation and teaching resources and who is enthusiastic about sharing good practice. You would be required to work as part of the course team and support the curriculum leader to maintain learner punctuality, attendance, retention, achievement, and success. You should have experience and knowledge of quality processes and procedures including internal moderation for the relevant awarding bodies.
It will be highly beneficial if you have knowledge and experience of delivering on T Levels in this area.
You’ll be responsible for inducting, motivating, coaching and guiding your group of students through their learning journey; developing inspiring lesson plans, ensuring they’re on track, marking and assessing their work and holding regular reviews to help them progress.
You should have excellent communication and ICT skills and be able to deliver a curriculum that is digital focused. You will be working independently as well as part of a team and must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The successful applicant will have a related degree level/vocational qualification in the curriculum area and should have relevant vocational experience in the field of education and childcare. The role requires you to have a relevant internal quality assurance qualification or work towards achieving this.

- Eligible further education teachers in their first five years of teaching can claim up to £6,000 after tax from 2nd March 2026 until 31st May 2026. They should have a teaching qualification; be working towards a teaching qualification; or intend to do so in the next 12 months. The premium will also be available over academic years starting 2025 and 2026 where teachers meet eligibility criteria.
The premium covers those teaching specific STEM and technical courses in building and construction, computing (including digital and ICT), early years, engineering and manufacturing (including transport engineering and electronics), maths and physics.
