A supportive primary school is looking for a Classroom Support Assistant to join their team and help create a positive, engaging learning environment for pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to build a rewarding career in education.
You don't need formal Teaching Assistant qualifications—we're looking for people with the right experience, attitude and enthusiasm.
The RoleYou'll work alongside teachers to provide classroom support and help children get the most from their school day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting learning throughout the school day
- Working with small groups and individual pupils
- Encouraging confidence, independence and resilience
- Helping pupils remain focused and engaged
- Supporting children with varying learning needs
- Assisting with classroom activities and resources
- Building positive relationships with children and staff
- Promoting an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
