We're seeking a Sociology graduate to provide individual support for pupils within a specialist SEND school. This role offers invaluable experience for graduates interested in education, social work or youth support.

• Support one pupil on a 1:1 basis.
• Build positive relationships that promote learning.
• Encourage independence and emotional wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

• Sociology degree.
• Empathetic and approachable.
• Strong communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
