We're seeking a Sociology graduate to provide individual support for pupils within a specialist SEND school. This role offers invaluable experience for graduates interested in education, social work or youth support.
Responsibilities- Support one pupil on a 1:1 basis.
- Build positive relationships that promote learning.
- Encourage independence and emotional wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
- Sociology degree.
- Empathetic and approachable.
- Strong communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
