Milk Education is seeking a compassionate Student Engagement Mentor for a Whickham primary school, starting in September. You will mentor students one-to-one and in small groups, helping them overcome barriers to learning and improving attendance and behaviour.
The role supports wellbeing and requires strong communication with teachers and families. You’ll work with children who need additional pastoral support, building confidence and positive attitudes toward education, while following
